MetaLaw Offices is a new age law firm with a business first approach with focus on achieving equitable bargain and harmony in legal dealings and transactions between entities. The Firm founded by Mr. Abhay Vohra, having over 14 years of experience in a wide array of practice areas. He was previously a partner at Burgeon Law for almost 4 years and has been previously been associated with firms like Luthra & Luthra and J. Sagar Associates (JSA). We, as a Firm and as an association of like-minded persons, our mission is to strike the perfect balance between legal expertise and the practical needs of our clients. The Partners of has enormous experience in transactional advisory and has advised various clients on their domestic and cross-border investments, mergers & acquisitions, transaction structuring, technology transfer and private equity/seed/venture capital funding. Our role in these transactions has included negotiations, drafting, structuring agreements, rendering strategic advice, conducting due diligence, and interacting with in-house counsels, foreign law firms and financial advisers.
Our team members are adept at negotiating and drafting the underlying documents like share purchase agreements, share/debenture subscription agreements, shareholders agreement, escrow agreements, investment agreement, business transfer agreements, and other ancillary transaction documents.
As a new age law firm, we focus on anticipating the clients’ legal needs and offering rational and commercial solutions. We cater to a wide range of clients both within and outside the country.
